We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Uplift Luna Preparatory. As the first point of contact for families, staff, and scholars, you will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and supportive campus environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to parents, teachers, and academic leaders
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of scholar enrollment, attendance, and safety practices
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain a secure environment
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Sort and disperse mail, and ensure all guests are signed in and verified
- High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service representative
- Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Bilingual in Spanish required
The Receptionist will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and close proximity to other employees. The ability to work outside in varied weather conditions for arrival and dismissal support at carline is also required.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.75.
