Job Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and screening contractors through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and cold calling.
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Verifying, evaluating, and investigating contractor credentials prior to placement.
  • Participating in job fairs and recruiting events to expand our reach.
Requirements:
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment, healthcare, or education.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, customer service, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, education, human services, or related industries (desired).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to adapt to change and implement new processes efficiently.
  • Familiarity with software applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
