Talent Acquisition Specialist

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Woodbridge, NJ. This is a contract position requiring 100% onsite work. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience.

This Recruiter position offers a unique opportunity to work with clients to understand their hiring needs and utilize various recruiting sources to find qualified candidates. Responsibilities will include pre-screening candidates, maintaining a database of candidate records, scheduling interviews, and performing reference checks.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suites is also required. • Pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet client requirements
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Write and post job descriptions to attract top talent
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of candidate records
• Schedule interviews with clients and candidates
• Perform thorough reference checks to verify candidate qualifications
• Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the interview, selection, and closing process

• Must be proficient in MS Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to start ASAP
