LHH is proactively recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative in Woodbridge, NJ. This position is Direct Hire (Perm). 100% onsite. The anticipated salary range is between $55,000-$60,000. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Responsibilities:
 Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote products or services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, products, or services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
 Qualify leads and manages the sales pipeline using CRM software.
 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or proposals.
 Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups in a professional manner to close sales.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:
Customer Service experience
Has good Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Has good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suites
