Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute a variety of clerical functions within the court system, including the organization of legal documents, data management, scheduling of court sessions, and providing assistance with legal paperwork.
  • Support judges, attorneys, colleagues, and the public in navigating court processes.
  • Manage financial transactions, verify legal documents, issue necessary licenses, oversee jury processes, and fulfill designated duties.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of 6 months of clerical experience.
  • Competence in data management, customer relations, and operation of office technology.
Preferred Skills:
  • Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure under stress.
  • 2 years of clerical experience and/or an associate degree are advantageous.
