  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of diverse events and conferences across the Americas.
  • Collaborate with various business units to identify marketing and conference opportunities that align with their strategic goals.
  • Manage the allocation and distribution of sporting and event tickets.
  • Oversee the organization and management of event inventory and supplies.
  • Support team members in branding, coordination, and execution of Corporate Access conferences and marketing events.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the objectives of different front-office businesses, including investment banking and corporate finance, to provide strategic advice and support.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including site evaluations, venue selections, contract negotiations, budget approvals, and attendee registration.
  • Maintain the event calendar, budget, and reporting processes.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners to ensure adequate lead times for each event.
  • Manage relationships with conference coordinators, vendors, consultants, and other service providers.
  • Deliver detailed post-event reports by conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and creating actionable improvement plans.

  • Advise stakeholders on sponsorship opportunities, speaking engagements, and conference participation.
