Job Overview

Position Summary

This role provides essential support to the Sales Director and the Sales Team, enhancing their effectiveness through various administrative and customer-focused tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed consultations with customers via phone to understand their needs.
  • Craft tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and team objectives.
  • Offer expert advice on medical products to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Support the sales process by identifying potential sales opportunities through research.
  • Compile customer estimates and quotes as requested by the Sales Team.
  • Manage the processing of sales orders, invoices, packing lists, and other necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team, Warehouse Team, and other departments to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Perform specific computer tasks using software such as Word, Adobe, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Uphold corporate confidentiality in all dealings.
  • Occasionally assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Facilitate customer deliveries when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service and sales abilities, particularly over the phone.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to transport inventory independently.
  • Proficient in various computer applications, including file management and Adobe PDF.
  • Highly organized with a focus on task completion.
  • Willingness to take direction and adapt to the needs of the team.
  • Desire to evolve with the company as it expands.
  • Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime as necessary.
