The Mechanical Systems Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and components.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical systems meet performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create designs and layouts of test benches and gearboxes in 3D with Siemens NX.
  2. Design of test bench structures and creation of variant designs.
  3. Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate designs.
  4. Calculate and select machine elements and hydraulic components.
  5. Collaborate with electrical engineers, designers, and other team members to integrate mechanical systems with electronic and software systems.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate communication with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure clarity.
  7. Conduct prototypes, testing, and validation to ensure product functionality and performance.
  8. Identify and resolve mechanical design issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.
  10. Participate in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 4 years of prior related experience or Master's Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.

Ability to work effectively in both independent and diverse team environments.

3D design with Siemens NX.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical engineering solutions for difficult problems.
