Lead Front of House Operations

At The Inn at Little Washington, a Michelin 3-Star, Forbes 5-Star, and AAA 5-Diamond establishment, we seek a skilled Maître d'Hôtel Lead to deliver exceptional service to our discerning guests. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring seamless operations, and providing a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily Front of House operations, ensuring impeccable service and attention to detail.
  • Maintain all aspects of the service areas, dining room, and property, adhering to Forbes 5-Star standards.
  • Serve as the ambassador of the establishment, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in fine dining, preferably in a Michelin-starred or Forbes 5-Star establishment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining etiquette.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
