Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Alstom. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protect all company buildings, grounds, and equipment from potential threats and hazards.
  • Enforce company rules and regulations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of company facilities, including remote locations, to prevent and detect security breaches.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous security experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.

Working Conditions:

Security Officers will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. They will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Training and Development:

Security Officers will receive comprehensive training on company policies and procedures, as well as on-the-job training to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
