Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Planning Specialist to join our team at Trispoke Managed Services. As a Program Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of complex program schedules, including resource loading and Earned Value Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW, and WBS.
- Create and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
- Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
- Lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of prior experience in project scheduling (MS Project/Primavera).
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of government contracts, funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
- Ability to obtain Secret security clearance.
- Certifications such as PMP, EVMP, or similar.
Preferred Skills
- IPT lead experiences (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Materials, Finance, etc.).
- Experience working cross-functionally and ability to effectively communicate to accomplish strategic vision.
- Monte Carlo Risk Analysis (Schedule Risk Analysis).
- Experience with Project Server.
- Structured Solutions - SSI tools management.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving, attention to detail, and quality of product deliverables.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related analytical field.
- Associated Degree Engineering, Science, or related analytical field and 2+ years of project scheduling experience.
Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position with a 9/80 work schedule.
