Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement software architectures for high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability systems.
- Lead the development of advanced e-commerce supply chain technologies, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), fulfillment networks, and inventory forecasting and planning tools.
- Collaborate closely with and mentor a high-performing tech team specializing in supply chain technology, fostering an environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Define and implement a long-term technical roadmap, breaking it down into actionable projects with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Provide strategic input on technical decisions and guide the team to execute projects that align with both product and business objectives.
- 5 years of demonstrated proficiency in coding with at least 1 programming language such as Java, Golang, or C++.
- Experience with relevant technology stacks associated with these programming languages.
- Familiarity with commonly used middleware technologies, including message queues, caches, and scheduled tasks.
- Understanding of middleware principles and how they integrate into system architectures.
- Practical experience in designing and implementing software architectures.
- Strong background in creating high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability systems.
- In-depth understanding of distributed systems concepts, such as load balancing, distributed transactions, CAP theorem, and BASE properties.
- Experience in leading the design or reconstruction of medium to large-scale complex systems.
