About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer Level II to join our team at Brinqa. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resolutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and resolve technical issues with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting, analyze customer environments, and provide root cause analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify issues and establish next steps to address customer concerns.
  • Prioritize high-profile and escalated cases and follow through to resolution.
  • Write and maintain Groovy and Java scripts to meet customer requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with customers via various channels.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and contribute to Brinqa's knowledge base.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Science.
  • Four or more years of hands-on experience with Java and Groovy programming.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Linux command-line.
  • Basic understanding of databases and 3-tier architecture.
  • Good listening and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Groovy and Grails.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases, specifically Neo4j.
  • Familiarity with application deployment and AWS.
