Technical Support Engineer Level II

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer Level II to join our team at Brinqa. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resolutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Own and resolve technical issues with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting, analyze customer environments, and provide root cause analysis reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify issues and establish next steps to address customer concerns.
- Prioritize high-profile and escalated cases and follow through to resolution.
- Write and maintain Groovy and Java scripts to meet customer requirements.
- Effectively communicate with customers via various channels.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and contribute to Brinqa's knowledge base.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Science.
- Four or more years of hands-on experience with Java and Groovy programming.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Linux command-line.
- Basic understanding of databases and 3-tier architecture.
- Good listening and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with Groovy and Grails.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, specifically Neo4j.
- Familiarity with application deployment and AWS.
