Overview
The Housing Stabilization Services program is an essential Medical Assistance benefit designed to aid individuals with disabilities and seniors in finding and maintaining stable housing. Housing Stabilization Workers work closely with Accend Services' Integrated Care Managers to provide comprehensive support to both internal clients and external referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Housing Stabilization Workers are vital in delivering three primary services to clients:
- Housing Consultation: Crafting personalized housing strategies for individuals lacking MA case management services.
- Housing Transition: Facilitating the search for appropriate housing options for individuals.
- Housing Sustaining: Offering assistance to help individuals maintain their housing stability.
Qualifications:
To join our committed team as a Housing Stabilization Worker, candidates are required to:
- Complete mandated reporter training, including education on laws concerning vulnerable adults.
- Pass a criminal background screening.
- Exhibit familiarity with local housing resources.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive rate of $22 per hour.
