Qualifications for GS-07:
You should have one (1) year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 level, demonstrating skills such as:

- Collecting, reviewing, and verifying diverse financial data to create reports that adhere to regulations.
- Monitoring expenditures across various accounts.


Experience in budget formulation, execution, and analysis of program changes affecting financial plans is also required.

  • Education: One full year of graduate-level education or superior academic achievement.
  • OR a combination of education and experience that meets the qualifications.
Qualifications for GS-09:
To qualify, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 level, including:

- Developing budget estimates for accounting reports.
- Assessing funding documents to ensure compliance with budgetary limits.
- Utilizing automated systems for tracking financial transactions.

Qualifications for GS-11:
To qualify, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 level, including:


- Creating budget estimates and analyzing budget data for specific programs.


- Offering budgetary advice to management and ensuring adherence to financial policies.


- Monitoring direct appropriations and ensuring accurate fund coding in financial systems.

Additional Information:
Experience can include both paid and unpaid work, including volunteer roles that contribute to your qualifications.

Physical Requirements:
