Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and behavioral support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and self-advocacy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, compassion, and understanding of individuals with developmental disabilities
