The selected individual will collaborate closely with the Controller, gaining comprehensive insights into the organization's financial processes and operational strategies. A strong emphasis will be placed on accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all financial data is entered correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare General Ledger entries in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Gather and organize invoices, authorizations, and shipping documents for goods and services received.
  • Process vendor payments promptly using various methods.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive filing systems.
  • Verify and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Generate invoices in accordance with company standards and submit them to clients.
  • Reconcile daily financial records from retail operations, including sales and loyalty program transactions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in accounting roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software.
