**Job Summary**

Penske Transportation Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining District Personnel Files, JJ Keller reports, and processing paperwork for new hires.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date District Personnel Files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process JJ Keller reports and complete weekly payroll in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process paperwork for new hires, including onboarding and benefits administration.
  • Assist with projects and tasks assigned by the Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
