We are seeking a motivated and caring Instructional Support Specialist to join our team at the Levi Anderson Learning Center in Beaverton. As an Instructional Support Specialist, you will work closely with licensed teachers to provide instructional support and assist students with their academic needs. This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and punctuality.

The estimated salary for this position is $21.02-$25.13 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The position offers a competitive classified salary schedule and a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.

To perform this job successfully, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift students from a wheelchair to the floor and back, and possess a valid driver's license. A background check and Child Care Central Background Registry Clearance are also required. While Spanish language skills are not mandatory, they are highly desirable.

As an Instructional Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including preparing instructional materials, providing instruction under the direction of licensed teachers, and assisting students with restroom needs. You will also be required to maintain student safety and monitor behavior during recess, in class, and during bus loading and unloading. Additional responsibilities include participating in restraint training, maintaining confidentiality, and working collaboratively with staff and customers.
