Route Sales Professional

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lays complete line of products to local stores. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and merchandising principles, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and stock Frito-Lays products at local stores
- Sell and promote Frito-Lays products to store managers and customers
- Merchandise Frito-Lays products to maximize sales and visibility
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Meet sales and productivity targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
