Staff Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Infusion Specialist at the University of Miami. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing expert infusion therapy services.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion Specialist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and their families. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Administer infusion therapy and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Provide education to patients and their families on infusion therapy and related care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current/valid nursing license
- BSN required
- At least 2 years of relevant prior nursing experience in related field or acute care setting
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy provider card preferred
