Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in using a point-of-sale system and basic computer software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
