Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other related duties as necessary to ensure efficient operations.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

  • A Technical or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of five years of successful experience in HVAC service management.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry is essential.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to perform advanced maintenance tasks on HVAC systems.
  • EPA Universal Certification is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are recommended.
  • Capability to generate innovative ideas and processes to enhance service operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Proficient in collaborating with all levels of management and staff.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Frequent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting are required.

Work Conditions

  • Ability to climb ladders and lift equipment.
  • Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and electrical hazards.
  • May require travel to customer locations.
