Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Plant Maintenance Manager to lead our industrial manufacturing team. As a key member of our plant leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of plant condition and equipment performance are achieved and sustained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide department leadership and direction to ensure maintenance department personnel possess the appropriate skills and are qualified and proficient.
  • Execute capital projects, participate in annual plant budgeting, and manage department spend.
  • Apply reliability tools to determine the root cause of critical equipment failures and downtime.
  • Develop and implement countermeasures to improve equipment reliability and prevent recurrence.
  • Support pillar continuous improvement activities and drive for plant/process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical improvements to equipment and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of successful experience leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with CMMS and TPM/Reliability preferred.
