Essential Responsibilities


  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivables functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing
  • Identify, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Create and maintain project-related financial spreadsheets, utilizing your Excel skills to drive data analysis
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, working closely with our Regional Finance Manager
  • Manage various accounting and administrative duties, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships
  • Routine and ad-hoc reporting requests, delivering high-quality results under pressure


Qualifications


  • 2 years of college with a focus on accounting or business administration, or equivalent work experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, with the ability to create basic spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work independently
  • Data entry skills with accuracy, and knowledge of basic accounting concepts and principles
  • Deltek Ajera experience preferred, but not required

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location.
