Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team at IGT. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing elementary level network infrastructure support of all IGT Wide Areas Progressive (WAP) and Technology Operations, shared services, systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers with installations, network maintenance, and support.
Perform elementary troubleshooting of network devices such as routers and switches.
Monitor and/or troubleshoot network functions by utilizing tools for verification of services, monitoring tool set availability, and detecting, reporting, escalating, tracking, and documenting anomalies.
Maintain network documentation (diagrams, procedures, best practices, and performance and capacity metrics).
Assist with planning and participate as a team member for projects related to network delivery. Assist with systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Participate in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and systems problems.
Participate in replacing faulty network hardware when required and maintaining Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Participation in on-call support.

Requirements

Associate degree in a technology field or equivalent network certification and experience.
CompTIA Network+ required, CCNA or equivalent preferred.
Two years of networking experience in a support capacity.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $39,848 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
