About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of administrative support, office maintenance, and coordination of office activities and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordination of office activities and resources.
  • Manage facilities, including maintenance, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
  • Assist with in-office gatherings and events, including team and guest visits.
  • Set up video and audio equipment for meeting rooms.
  • Manage shipping and receiving, including inventory management and restocking of office supplies.
  • Provide remote hands-on support for IT and Cyber department, assisting with on-site troubleshooting, equipment setup, and technical issue resolution.
  • Coordinate communication for office and IT relevant announcements.
  • Support HR functions, including new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage phone calls made to Oklo.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Tech-savviness to use an evolving suite of modern computer software and tools.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • No ego - willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
  • Dependability and passion for Oklo's mission and vision.
