Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager

At CBRE, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the team responsible for building operations and maintenance of facilities within a dedicated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor their training and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and conduct regular meetings regarding regional facilities' performance.
  • Report on property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, and other relevant information.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure that contract specifications are fulfilled.
  • Prepare presentations to obtain approval for projects and create strategic facility management objectives for clients.
  • Inspect the facility for quality assurance on a periodic basis and ensure facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills.
