Role Overview

This pivotal position focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving inquiries or issues.

A Typical Day in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will operate in a dynamic and fast-paced Customer Contact Center, engaging directly with our valued customers daily. Incoming calls typically involve inquiries about pricing, billing, and scheduling. A significant aspect of your role will be customer retention, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers by resolving inquiries related to services, billing, and other concerns

• Accurately documenting customer interactions and call history for future reference

• Processing requests for new services

• Keeping up-to-date with the features of Rentokil products and services, marketing promotions, and special offers

• Preparing correspondence and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues

Qualifications for Success

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred, but not mandatory

• Enjoyment in interacting with customers and providing outstanding service

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate solutions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office

• Typing speed of 25+ words per minute
