Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Ensign-Bickford Industries. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services
- Supplier Selection and Development
- Assess and evaluate supplier performance
- Develop and implement supplier development plans
- Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics
- Contract Management
- Develop and manage contracts with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on contract performance metrics
- Inventory Management
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies
- Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover
- Monitor and report on inventory performance metrics
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Monitor and report on process improvement metrics
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Proven track record of success in procurement and supply chain management
- Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
