Training Specialist for Electronic Health Record Implementation

Halifax is a leading provider of healthcare services, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and support. We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our electronic health record implementation team.
Job SummaryThe Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing the training program for our electronic health record system. This includes building, testing, and maintaining the training environment, creating and updating training materials, and providing training for new staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and experience in adult education.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the training program for our electronic health record system.
- Build, test, and maintain the training environment.
- Create and update all training materials.
- Provide training for new staff.
- Coordinate training for new software releases and updates.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience with electronic health record implementation/training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery skill and experience in adult education.
- Experience delivering software training and developing training materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
