We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Early Literacy Training Specialist to join our team of passionate individuals who thrive in a collaborative culture. As a key member of our Teacher Membership community, you will be instrumental in delivering engaging trainings and fostering meaningful connections with educators.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering effective professional development for early educators, preferably in a virtual setting. Strong communication and project management skills, along with the ability to learn new technology applications, are essential for success in this role.

In addition to your professional expertise, you will bring a passion for making a difference in the early childhood field through supporting teachers who are doing the most important work there is: teaching children to become creative, confident thinkers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Daily Engagement: Create an atmosphere of encouragement and interaction within the Teacher Membership community, ensuring lively and consistent participation.
  • Facilitate Growth: Lead engaging sessions that empower educators to maximize their potential.
  • Vibrant Training Delivery: Bring our products and solutions to life through dynamic live trainings.
  • Active Forum Support: Be the driving force behind various forums, actively participating by responding to posts and posting engaging content.
  • Community Interaction: Initiate conversations, respond to inquiries, and build connections with members, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

**Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
