We are seeking a talented Sales Team Lead to join our team at Albany Subaru. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results and drive business growth. Your primary goal will be to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Mentor and lead the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
  • Establish and manage sales quotas and goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions.
