- We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MultiCare Health System, working in our growing Neonatal Follow Up Program.">
About the Role:

- The ideal candidate will have experience in NICU care, primary care, and/or neurodevelopmental care.">
- This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide clinical support services for pediatric medical programs across MultiCare and interfaces with primary care practices.">
Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with Mary Bridge Providers and Staff to deliver high-quality patient care.">
- Analyze complex situations and make informed decisions that prioritize patient outcomes.">
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Graduate of a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program, masters or doctoral degree preferred.">
- Training and/or experience in diagnosing and working with pediatric patients with a history of perinatal concerns including prematurity, genetic syndromes, and congenital conditions.">
- Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment.">
- Board certified by the time of employment.">
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.">
