Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Mary Bridge Providers and Staff to deliver high-quality patient care.">
  • Analyze complex situations and make informed decisions that prioritize patient outcomes.">
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Graduate of a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program, masters or doctoral degree preferred.">
  • Training and/or experience in diagnosing and working with pediatric patients with a history of perinatal concerns including prematurity, genetic syndromes, and congenital conditions.">
  • Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment.">
  • Board certified by the time of employment.">
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.">
