We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Harvard University Health Services. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide assessment and clinical care for a diverse population of Harvard employees and their dependents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the clinical management of patients through evaluation, diagnosis, consultation, and referral to appropriate resources.
  • Provide individual, group, and crisis intervention.
  • Coordinate out-patient visits to ensure timely access to services.
  • Identify and monitor high-risk patients and develop individualized crisis management plans.
  • Develop and maintain mechanisms to ensure continuity of care for individuals requiring acute care.
Requirements:
  • PsyD or PhD in Psychology or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience.
  • Current Massachusetts license in Psychology.
Working Conditions:

All Harvard University Health Services staff and staff affiliates are considered Health Care Workers and must provide documentation of the following:

  • Letter of good health from personal healthcare provider.
  • TB skin test (within past 3 months) or documentation of previous chest x-ray and information about any past treatment.
  • Documentation of immunity (positive antibody titers) for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
  • Proof of appropriate past immunization for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
  • Hepatitis B vaccine series - required for staff with possible exposure to blood or blood-borne pathogens.
  • A current Flu vaccine (this season) and Covid vaccines to include the Primary series and Bivalent Booster.
