Job Summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of an assigned caseload of clients, providing a range of psychosocial care. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat clients with a range of mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
  • Current MA licensure as an Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Experience in clinical human service work with a population specific to the service site
  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent, relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
