Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers promptly and obtaining necessary information
  • Determine and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
  • Prepare accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
  • Monitor progress and update customers frequently
  • Verify invoices and explain completed work and charges to customers

Requirements

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant
  • Above-average energy level and a desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity, as well as computer skills and a willingness to learn new programs
