About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated retinal specialist physician to join our team at MD Staff, LLC in New York.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients. The primary responsibilities of this role include reviewing patient medical history, conducting retinal examinations, evaluating and treating various vitro-retinal conditions, and performing office-based procedures.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Completion of a three-year postgraduate medical training program in ophthalmology from a U.S. accredited residency
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Ophthalmology
  • Current, unrestricted New York State license or eligibility for licensure
  • Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) strongly preferred
Compensation and Benefits

Our estimate of the annual salary for this position is $250,000-$350,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
