Gynecology Physician Opportunity in New York

We are seeking a skilled Gynecology Physician to join our team at Hayman Daugherty Associates, Inc. located near LONG ISLAND CITY, NY. This is a permanent position with a competitive base salary of $250,000 per year.
Job DescriptionThe Ideal Candidate:
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient gynecological setting.
- Diagnostics Skills: Ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of gynecological conditions and improve patient outcomes.
We are looking for a dedicated Gynecology Physician who can provide comprehensive patient care, including collecting and recording patient information, performing physical examinations, evaluating and diagnosing patients, and providing appropriate treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and be comfortable with electronic medical records (EMRs).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Comprehensive Patient Evaluation: Collect and record patient information, perform physical examinations, evaluate and diagnose patients, and provide treatment plans.
- Gynecological Treatment: Recommend suitable management for the patient, prescribe medications, formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans, and perform in-office surgical procedures as needed.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure quality care and participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings.
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a current, unrestricted New York State medical license, active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment. Board certification or eligibility in gynecology is required. BLS or ACLS certification is also necessary. Strong technology skills, particularly with EMR systems and Microsoft Office, are essential for this position.
