Your Role:


As a Lead MLOps Specialist, you will play a vital role in our AI projects, spearheading the creation and deployment of machine learning models at scale.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to establish and maintain robust MLOps pipelines that guarantee our models are dependable, scalable, and efficient.

Your expertise will be essential in operationalizing our AI solutions and bringing them to fruition.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive MLOps pipelines for seamless model deployment and monitoring.
  • Automate model training, validation, and deployment processes to boost efficiency and reproducibility.
  • Ensure scalability and reliability of machine learning models in production settings.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate MLOps best practices into the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of deployed models, ensuring they fulfill business objectives.
  • Implement robust version control and tracking systems for datasets, models, and experiments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance.
  • Stay updated with MLOps technologies and methodologies to foster continuous improvement.

What We Seek:

  • Extensive experience as an MLOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a comparable role, preferably in a startup context.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning lifecycle management and best practices.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, TFX, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools specific to machine learning (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
  • Passion for AI and a drive to advance the field of machine learning.
