  • Launch machine learning models in production settings.
  • Develop monitoring systems and enhance system performance.
  • Automate workflows for model training and deployment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Enforce security protocols and compliance standards.
  • Guide and mentor emerging AI/ML engineering talent.
  • Document MLOps processes and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Resolve complex challenges related to ML deployments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Over 7 years of experience as an ML engineer or senior data scientist.
  • Practical experience in integrating, deploying, and operationalizing ML models.
  • Expertise in distributed computing and cloud computing platforms.
  • Proficient in AI/ML/ML Ops technologies.
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Python for model development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with both technical and business insight.
