About the Role

C3M Power Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading the technical and engineering aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of purchasing activities, including scoping and take-offs.
  • Prepare and submit submittals, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Support the development and updating of project schedules and subcontractor detail schedules.
  • Lead the development of project plans and monitor progress to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Expedite material deliveries and review change proposals from trade partners.
  • Facilitate coordination between project managers and superintendents to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and lead training sessions for team members and trade partners.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project administration.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working for an electrical contractor on large-scale construction projects.
  • Familiarity with reading drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of Primavera.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
