Automotive Product Specialist

Subaru of Keene, a member of the Fenton Family Dealerships, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Product Specialist to join their team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date on the latest product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide detailed product presentations to customers
- Accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations
- Gather customer contact information and enter it into the CRM
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships
- Build and maintain core knowledge of product offerings
- Attend and participate in daily sales and training meetings
