Assembly Specialist

As a key member of our production team, the Assembly Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components at the required production rate
- Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Engage in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production schedules and line quotas
Requirements:
- Must be able to verbally comprehend English
- Must be able and flexible to rotate to specified operations in production
- Must work a reasonable amount of overtime as determined by production management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform required visual inspection
- Ability to follow verbal instructions as required
