Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Dunkin' team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading a team of dedicated employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Communicate job expectations to employees and hold them accountable for their behavior and performance.
  • Support the development of team members and create a positive work environment.
  • Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment.
  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards to drive business results.
  • Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Control costs to maximize profitability and execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner.
  • Drive sales goals and track results to ensure business growth.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
  • Basic writing skills.
  • High School diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in math and financial management.
