Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hardee's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate team members through positive and respectful leadership
- Strive to exceed company standards in service to guests, food quality, food safety, and cleanliness
- Recognize and reward team members for their contributions
- Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
- Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standard
- Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures
- Ensure adherence to cash procedures and HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures
- 2 years of management experience
- Available to work all shifts and weekends
- Loves serving and helping others
- Now paying weekly
