Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our award-winning contemporary oceanfront steak and seafood restaurant, JRDN Restaurant, located at Tower 23 Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-volume, up-market restaurants and will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement aggressive financial objectives to drive sales and profitability
  • Cultivate positive guest relations and ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Lead the F&B team in decision-making regarding purchases and inventory management
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct regular training sessions
  • Maximize sales potential through effective employee training and development
  • Develop and implement promotions to improve guest experience and drive revenue
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience working as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, up-market restaurant environment
  • Strong P&L knowledge and experience with inventory management
  • Proven track record of leading a large team (85+ employees) and driving sales and profitability
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a safe, healthful work environment
  • Experience effectively handling personnel issues and collaborating with Human Resources
