CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST:


The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique shopping experience that enhances sales performance.

This position is primarily focused on assisting customers through personalized service and managing daily operations within the retail environment while adhering to company policies and industry standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uphold the company’s mission and core values, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
Deliver outstanding and precise customer service by addressing inquiries and directing concerns appropriately.
Conduct guided tours of the sales area, offering product recommendations based on thorough knowledge of available offerings.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer benefits, discounts, promotions, and membership incentives, encouraging guests to enroll.
Follow product handling protocols, including adherence to safety and health regulations as well as compliance with relevant agencies.
Ensure the store remains clean and organized by restocking items, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing as needed.
Utilize the cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer effectively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, enhance guest satisfaction, and meet compliance timelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) is required.
An Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within a retail setting is necessary.
Strong computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills are essential.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Exceptional multi-tasking abilities in both phone and in-person interactions.
Occasional local travel may be required.
Desk-based computer tasks may be performed occasionally.

Frequent standing/walking, reaching above shoulders, light/fine manipulation, and lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds are expected.

Occasional twisting/bending/stooping/squatting and kneeling/crawling may be necessary.
