Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Walmart. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Process member transactions, including returns, exchanges, and purchases, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Assist members with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and ensure a positive shopping environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
