This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the studio, driving sales performance, and supporting the studio manager in their duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and drive sales performance
  • Assist the studio manager with their duties, including hiring, training, and scheduling of sales staff
  • Develop and evaluate the performance of sales and training staff
  • Manage client and staff concerns, daily operations, and marketing efforts
  • Work with the studio manager and head coach on new member follow-up, low usage outreach, and reconciling classes
Requirements
